Our customer in Fremont, MI is looking for Customer Service Representatives to respond to consumers and healthcare professionals through various communication channels in the Infant or HealthCare Nutrition business within the Contact Center.
*Effectively handle the daily operation of receiving Nestle Nutrition consumer and healthcare professional contacts to assure that all channels of communication are properly answered and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
*Proactively identify cross-selling and education opportunities and translate them into sales.
*Consistently educates our consumer with the appropriate and accurate messaging.
*2nd shift with weekend and holiday rotation
*$10.50/hour, after training is completed $11.50
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
High School Diploma
*Excellent Customer Service skills and quality focus
*Excellent communication skills, writing skills a plus
*Solid computer skills, experience in a windows based environment
*Solid keyboarding skills
*Problem solving ability
*Ability to absorb and apply new and changing information
*GOOD LISTENING and interpersonal skills
*A positive, confident attitude
*Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures
*Experience in customer service in comparable business
*Healthcare or Nutrition field experience a plus
