Adecco is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Sorrento Valley area. Please apply now if you meet the qualifications below:

Looking for candidates who have specifically worked in the manufacturing industry and experienced in call center support from a product offering standpoint.
CSR with experience in the following areas:
¿ Call Center
experience selling products and talking about products over the phone.
¿ Order fulfillment (Order Entry)
Order entry, Data Entry, tracking, basic standard order fulfillment functionalities
¿ Quick learner of products (preferably medical consumables)
¿ Familiar with Standard Record keeping, i.e. filing
¿ Have great organizational skills and not afraid to bring new ideas of how to organize
¿ Comfortable with administrative work with filling out forms, filing, etc
¿ Can multi task
¿ Very detail oriented
¿ Proficient in Word, Excel (Must know standard sorting, filter, fivot tables a bonus)
¿ Familiar with outlook
¿ Quick learner
¿ Comfortable making phone calls, so have great communication skills

In addition:
Spanish Bi-Lingual a plus
Experienced in ERP system (Macola, etc)
