Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting experienced candidates for a Direct Hire Customer Service Representative job in Columbus, OH with one of our top clients. The Customer Service Representative will provide high level customer service while answering phones, processing payments, upselling products, billing, and other administrative duties.
Assist customers via phone and providing assistance in purchases.
Process credit card payments.
Create and process billing.
Other office and administrative duties.
High school diploma or GED
Must have minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
Must have positive references.
The salary for this position $14.00-$15.00/hour and work hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Benefits package is available (medical, dental, vision, 401k).
