Adecco is currently recruiting for the supplier of leading cosmetic injectible and pharmaceutical products to find motivated professionals for temp to hire opportunities on their Customer Service teams.
Schedules are Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Customer Experience Representative job include:
-Under general supervision, process customer requests by phone and email for cosmetic injectible products and promotions in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
-Research, troubleshoot, and resolve account discrepancies.
-Foster the growth of strong customer relationships, internal and external, through creating positive customer interactions and building strong customer relationships.
-Maintain effective handoffs to other departments or work teams and work with personal accountability to resolve all customer issues.
-Follow up to ensure resolution and outcome meets customer expectations. Receive and answer a high volume of customer inquiries regarding products, coupons, discounts and specials, account information, etc
-Develop strong knowledge of products and associated business processes.
Qualifications for the Pharmaceutical Customer Experience Representative job include:
-High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree is strongly preferred
-Two or more years of stable customer service experience in a call center
-Experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry very strongly preferred
-Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints
-Ability to write reports and business correspondence
-Ability to effectively present information and to respond to questions from management, customers, other employees of the organization, and the general public
-Skill in demonstrating a professional phone manner
-Skill in performing as a team player
-Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple projects and maintain consistency and quality of documentation in a fast-paced environment communicate effectively, orally, and in writing with employees of various disciplines within departments and all other internal and external contacts
-Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical approach to all tasks
-Function in a controlled and regulated environment
-Handle confidential data
-Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
