Adecco is currently recruiting for a local company ranked as one of the top 15 U.S. security system providers in North Austin to find motivated professionals for their Customer Service team.
-Inbound & Outbound calls to existing customers to help them proactively switch over home security systems from 2G to 3G
-At least 1 year of call center/customer service experience
-Ability to learn new concepts and technical programs quickly
-Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to problem solve
-Ability to communicate detailed step by step instructions over the phone
**Experience in Tech. support a plus!
