Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: Tampa, FL
Hours: 1st shift 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm
Department: Retail Billing and Remittance
Receives and processes basic and routine payments from policyholders and applies them to policies, contracts, and/or benefit plans.
Handles policy assembly related tasks.
Performs other clerical/admin duties as required or assigned.
Processing background preferred and ideal
Entry Level accounting preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
