Adecco Group has an opening for a Customer Service Representative for a customer located in Jacksonville, FL 32246!!
The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming wealth management calls and provide service and support to said customers. This position will involve problem solving and investigation of a wide variety of issues and requests. Will provide customers information including, but not limited to, account balances and activity, fund transfers, website log-on and password resets along with other site functionality, statement reconciliation and credit card activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates or Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of call center experience
Knowledge of the financial industry a plus
Must be able to meet set goals and metrics
Must demonstrate effective communication skills with the ability to actively listen and follow up with questions and solutions
Must be customer focused
Demonstrate a cooperative and professional work ethic
Must be able to research and solve problems effectively with sound judgement
Looking for a self-starter who is willing to help others when needed
HOURS: Sunday - Friday, flexible to work 8 hour shifts between 5am and 12am
