Adecco Group, a world leader with the recruitment of office professionals is currently recruiting for a long term Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL with our client, a leader in the financial industry.

Customer Service Representative within the Wealth Management Banking Support (WMBS) serves as a "virtual financial center" providing friendly touch points for Advisory banking requests/inquiries. Role will serve as dedicated phone/processing support for Advisory for all client product/service maintenance/inquiry.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Processes routine/standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes in support of GWIM Operations.
Daily responsibilities will consist of processing service requests for banking products.
Provides quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients.
Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to Operations Team Manager and/or Supervisor.

Customer Service Representative Requirements

Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
Communicate effectively including excellent listening skills and professional phone/email etiquette
Ability to manage outbound calls to internal and external clients as a part of the problem resolution process
Demonstrate a proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a high productivity/call volume environment
Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple client requests always exercising sound judgment
Proven history of effective ownership and accuracy
Possess the ability to work independently while effectively managing and finding resolution to complex situations
Maintain current knowledge of Bank of America products, policies, and services while keeping abreast of regulations and mitigating risk
Exhibit professionalism in all situations

Schedule: Must be flexible. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm.
