Make a high number of phone calls to clients each day

Provide warm, nurturing call to clients with delinquent payments

Navigate through CRM to get client info

Effectively communicate with Account Executives

Become liaison between Sales and Finance for anything billing related

Provide follow up to Account Executive's regarding the conversation that took place

Follow a script based on the type of objection client provides

Ensure a great client experience


Customer Service Experience preferred

Any experience with calling clients on the phones would also work

Composed professional demeanor

Could be recent college grad, would love to have some kind of internship experience
