Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:
- Answer both incoming emails and phone calls from clientele interested in receiving a quote.
- Input necessary information and data into the company's internal database to generate an accurate quote
- Schedule and book reservations as needed.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and great telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
