Our client (a well-known HVAC company) is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work in their office in New Hyde Park, NY.

- Answer phones (heavy call volume)

- Fold and mail invoices

- Customer service experience is required

- Coordinate repairs with dispatch

- Look up open repair requests for customers

- Place service calls via phone and email

- Scan documents and attach to work tickets

- HVAC industry preferred

RequirementsHVAC experience is preferred.
