The Customer Service Representative role is inclusive to a team environment assisting company's clients, both internal (Financial Advisors) and external (participants in corporate sponsored retirement plans) with financial transactions and inquiries. Customer Service Representative Requirements
High service aptitude with service to sales acumen
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and decision making skills
Team-oriented, Client focused and a Positive attitude.
