Staffmark has immediate openings for Customer Service Opportunities in the
We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals who can provide excellent customer service to our Customers in the Mason area. This is a high volume call center environment.
You will be responsible for assisting potential customers who are inquiring about a specific car. Your goal at the end of the conversation will be to set them up with an appointment with the car representative from a certain dealership.
In this role, you will work around 29 hours per week. Candidates should have scheduling flexibility to accommodate the call volume needs. Your schedule day to day will change. Shifts vary from 3pm-9pm and 9am-3pm. You will also need to work one weekend shift from 12pm-5pm.
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
Hours: You need to have a flexible work schedule and must be willing to work some second shift as well as one weekend shift.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
Qualified Candidates must have strong computer, writing and typing skills.
