Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Part Time 25/32 hour Call Center job in Orlando. This is a Temp/Perm opportunity. As a Call Center Agent you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and assisting customers with their accounts or answering questions regarding notices they have received. Responsibilities for this Call Center job include:
Answer Inbound Calls
Assist Customers with their Accounts
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
High School Diploma or GED
6 month Call Center Experience or
1 year Customer Service Experience
Able to work in a Multi Windows based environment
The Call Center is open from 7:45am to 6:15pm.
