We're assisting a local leading international manufacturer and distributor in their search for a Customer Service Representative in Burlington, VT. A strong candidate must be able to fluently communicate in French Canadian and English, and ideally have experience in the manufacturing or auto industry. This employee will be responsible for effectively communicating and managing multiple accounts while providing customer service and sales support to the team and clients. The Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include: Confer with customers by telephone and email to provide information about products or services, enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further Maintain knowledge of products to efficiently serve customers Communicate with team to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met Process reports, orders, and invoices in client-specific database Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred), but will consider additional related employment experience 3-5 years of Customer Service and Sales experience in a professional setting Fluently speak, read, and write in French Canadian and English Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite If you are interested in this Customer Service Representative job in Burlington, VT or other CSR opportunities then email stephanie.kull@adeccona.com for more information.
