Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a top employer in Orlando in their search for local, talented customer service representatives. These are long term temp to hire opportunities. If you are interested in a position with flexible scheduling (20-30 hours per week) in a friendly, team oriented, fast paced call center environment, this is the position for you! Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Provide efficient and effective service to customers via telephone on a variety of inquiries and needs.
- Use active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action for every situation and follow up through resolution
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Use computer system to track, gather information, data enter and/or troubleshoot customer issues
- Adherence to all policies including confidentiality, safety, attendance, etc...
- Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year previous customer service experience or 6 months in a call center environment
- Must be computer literate with ability to navigate multiple windows, systems, screens while on the phone with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and resolve issues in a clear and calm manner
- Available for flex shifts including weekends; 20-30 hours per week.
