Adecco is currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Representatives for a well known company in Downtown Cleveland. Hourly Pay Rates: $14.00
$15.00 Bilingual Spanish
Various Shifts: 8am - 8pm- must be able to work an 8 hour shift in between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm

Responsibilities for these Customer Service Representatives Include:
• Take inbound calls from prospective members and clients, providing superior customer service regarding enrollment, coverage and benefit information
• Assist prospective clients with questions regarding their legal plan
• Enroll callers in legal plans and send written documentation as needed
• Assist attorneys who require assistance and would like to join the panel
• Assist in complaint resolution by verifying membership, inquiring about the clients' legal need, and referring them to the proper attorney
• Perform support work for other departments and other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with a Bachelor's degree (call center preferred) or a minimum of 5 years customer service experience if you only have some college experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong data entry skills
• Friendly, articulate and be able to think outside of the box
• Excellent communication skills
• You must be available to work any shift

Required Training:
• Monday - Friday
• 9:00am - 5:00pm
• PAID (with the exception of the 1 hour lunch)
