+ Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders for key accounts.
+ Writes procedures and assists in establishment of department policies.
+ Reviews and creates customer deliveries and shipments.
+ Reconciled Overage / Shortage / Damage Discrepancies in inventory.
+ Participates in training of customer service personnel.
+ Handles multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support.
+ Handles special projects, as assigned.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 5+ years of customer service experience.
+ Resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision.
+ Proficient in order entry software.
+ Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred
+ Oil and Gas or Supply Chain experience preferred
+ Intermediate / Advanced Excel
