Experienced Customer Service Representative III needed in Jacksonville, FL for a national banking client.
Customer Service Representative III
Pay rate: $15.00
Hours: Sun thru Fri, Anywhere from 5AM to 12AM
Handle incoming Wealth Management (and MEAC, MESD Tech calls) client calls utilizing professional telephone and problem solving skills
Support client website navigation and functionality including but not limited to linking of accounts to online view and statements, creating user friendly IDs, resetting client passwords, and providing technical support with connecting to the client websites and quicken downloads
Will be required to have a broad knowledge of the financial industry and an understanding of clients brokerage and bank products, services and technology.
Associates will also support clients utilizing the client facing websites
May be required to solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues and requests include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations to fulfill the request.

Prefer candidates who have an Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree, but we are opened to interviewing candidates with four years or more call center experience (in lieu of a degree)
