Customer Service Representative (Level III)

6+ month contract, temp-to-hire

Pay rate : $15/h

Job Description:
Will be assisting clients with inquiries relating to 401(k) and Employee Stock Option accounts. This fast-paced work environment provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry.
•Offering World-Class Customer Service by providing complete and accurate information to clients in a multi-task, high-pressure environment that requires attention to detail.
•Assisting clients with questions about their accounts and retirement goals.
•Demonstrating a cooperative and professional work attitude and displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Demonstrating a strong work ethic - arrive to work on time and ability to communicate well.

2+ years of banking, financial services, or financial products call center experience
High service aptitude
Service to Sales acumen
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Innovative thinking; Detail-oriented
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Flexible; Team-oriented; Client focused; Positive attitude.
