Adecco is assisting a local Client recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (Call, Email, Banking Services) in Kalamazoo, MI. Job Description and Qualification Requirements:

As a member of Treasury Management Client Care, you will provide corporate wide client care and support for our Treasury Management clients. Your role in Client Care will include managing and resolving issues reported by clients and internal service partners.

Principal Functional Responsibilities:

• Respond to routine, complex, and diverse client service inquiries via telephone, email, and/or through our Service Request system.
• Efficiently manage daily assignments
• Effectively listen and assess the needs of the client while owning the outcome.
• Successfully interact with various areas and levels of bank operations,
• Support the growth and retention of clients by active listening, referrals, offering alternatives and delivering consultative client care.

Interact daily with our most essential asset-our clients. As a member of Client Care, you will be expected to execute with positive energy in a fast paced work environment, with little to no supervision. Treasury Management Client Care is committed to enhancing the client experience, and through teamwork and integrity, you will help make this a reality.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
2 to 4 years customer service experience required.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

• Excellent verbal, active listening and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and consultative skills
• The ability to respond to difficult customer situations and resolve them; or recognize when to escalate
• Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
• Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
• Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are imperative for this position
