Customer Service Representative - Rental-10217873
Cintas is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support internally to locations in our Rental division who have transitioned to SAP. Implementing this technology will transform our business and help Cintas maintain its position as industry leader. This Customer Service Representative position will work with the Rental Center of Excellence to provide prompt problem resolution to internal partners at field locations and in corporate departments. Customer Services Representatives work within a web-based ticketing system to manage incoming support requests and see them through to resolution, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our partners and customers.
• High school diploma/GED required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Performed various business tasks to include: data entry, creating/maintaining files, answering/transferring calls, and researching customer inquiries required
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including MS Outlook, MS Word, and Internet/Intranet) required
• Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience required
