Adecco Group, global leader in recruitment of office and financial professionals has immediate opportunities for Customer Service Representative for our premier client, a leader in the financial/insurance industry in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Duration: 6-month contract
Regular Hours: 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate: $17.18

Job Summary: Processes annuity transactions. Reviews, analyzes, resolves, declines, and/or issues New Business applications, ensuring adherence to NASD, SEC and internal guidelines, as well as processing death notification follow up process according to internal guidelines.

Functional Responsibilities:

Processes good orders and New Business applications into systems.
Pends any applications that are not of good order (NOGO).
Generates letter of acceptance to request money from other carriers.
Contacts outside carriers regarding assets to be transferred, resolves issues, and encourages prompt remittance of funds.
Reviews, analyzes, completes templated correspondence to beneficiaries after notification of death of an existing customer.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.


Experience:

High school diploma.
1-3 yrs. related business experience.

Successful completion of a full background check, drug screening, employment verification, educational verification and professional reference checks required upon offer acceptance.
