Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative - Senior position in Santa Ana, CA! This is a long term opportunity for the right person. Specific Duties:

1.Claims Processing and Corrections (claims pend in facets for different denial reasons. i.e. name is not spelled correct, things may be missing a number or numbers transposed, address may be missing the suite number. We will research and figure out what record the claim should have processed to. We send that information to the claims team to process the claim.


2. Facets Updates
3. Salesforce updates
4. Survey research and follow up
5. Service requests and mail

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Data entry skills
2. Able to analyze data and problem solve
3. Able to work with little to no supervision
4. Excel and Word
5. Must be team player and participate in team engagements

Shift Start/End Time: 8-5 (flexible)

Dress Code: Business Casual, no jeans except on Fridays

The purpose of this position is to analyze provider data, make decisions on entry standards based on defined business rules and enter provider data into database (Facets). Responsibilities may include the following: Interpreting and verifying data to be entered. Communicating with recruiters and operational team members to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. Accuracy of business rule application and data entry into the database will be monitored and may require review and correction of errors. Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.


This is a 6+ month assignment with possible extension and permanent opportunities.
