Customer Service Representative

SHIFT: 24 hrs. Shift may require weekends
PAYRATE: $12.00 per hour
DURATION: Temp to Perm

Job Description
* Taking inbound calls for consumers who have issues with their gift cards.
* Helping customers to troubleshoot with their pin numbers, balance inquiries, lost/stolen cards.
* Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Minimum qualifications:
* 1 year call center experience
* High school Diploma or GED required
* Computer skills (Data Entry)
