Looking for Candidates to Grow with this Client: Adecco is assisting a local Client in their searchfor a Customer Service Representatives to work in Baltimore, MD. This position is for Adecco's large energy generation, transmission and delivery client. It is a great opportunity with a well-established company and offers a competitive W-2 compensation and benefits package.

Job Location: Baltimore, MD

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Length of W-2 position: 2 Year Initial Contract then possibly Permanent based on Performance
Experience Level: 2+ years of experience or an appropriate internship with a Degree
Pay Rate: $18.00 /Hour W-2 with Candidate benefits package available
Position Type: W-2 Only no corp-corp or third party supported or accepted

*These CSRs have the opportunity to convert to permanent employment, as long as performance and
attendance is great*

** Requires Candidates to have open availability to work any hours the BGE call center is open 7am-midnight**
***CSRs hired will assist the main call center with 911/Emergency, Collections, Billing and Start/Stop/Move order calls***
**** Required to work assigned schedule for a 7/24 operation which includes weekend, holiday, evening work, emergency call-in, rotating shift schedules, and mandatory overtime due to operating conditions****

Initial phone interviews will be conducted. Candidates who are successful with the phone screen will be invited for a face to face interview on site.

As with the main call center, the CSRs being submitted should be comfortable working from with the Spring Garden Location, Front St. RBC-South or the G&E building.
Candidates being submitted should have 2+ years of customer service experience
New CSRs coming in should not expect to receive any time off for about the first two months. Please make sure this is something they are comfortable with.
Learns and develops operational knowledge of the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system to enter and make adjustments to Customer's Accounts
Serves as the customer advocate by listening to the customer to facilitate a resolution
Develops and demonstrates the ability to use effective communication skills and good judgment to resolve routine customer contacts
Complies with the requirements of essential personnel status, works during storms and other critical times
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Short Online Tests are Required in order to be submitted to the Client for consideration!
