Pay rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 1st shift starting at 8:00am
Duration: 12 months
The ideal candidate will contribute toward the duties and tasks of the Field Service Manager and Technicians in order to ensure that the organization has exceptional internal phone support and scheduling practices resulting in the successful installation and thorough training of BCS equipment and its customers, while also supporting the planning and scheduling of other internal and external collaborations.
Tasks & functions of the U.S. Domestic Service Coordinator are to rovide comprehensive and diligent phone support
Guaranteeing every incoming customer call is answered the first time in a polite, courteous and timely manner
Demonstrate positive company image and brand awareness in every conversation
Ensure that every customer is given the support that they need, and that accurate records are made of every incoming and outgoing support transaction, no matter how minor
Manage internal and external scheduling processes
Provide proactive, relative scheduling support; awareness of schedule status and pending items at all times
Ensure that management and field technicians are informed and aware of scheduling updates and changes at all times
Coordinate and host events in conjunction with U.S. commercial operations team at the Shakopee facility
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Uphold and operate in accordance with Bayer policies, External and Internal Communications as key Service Identity
Support the work of the Field Technical Relations
Interaction and communication with both customer service and sales to coordinate and incorporate workbook information, parts orders etc. into the Service Max tool
Clear awareness of the responsibilities and requirements inherent to the position for which you are applying
Proactive engagement with ongoing projects of Shakopee, MN office
4 year bachelors degree or 2 year associates degree + 2 years related experience or 6 years related experience
Excellent writing skills (required)
Scheduling and planning experience (required)
High proficiency in the English language (required)
Structured and organized and able to multitask (required)
Reliability and conscientiousness (required)
Time management and planning skills (required)
