Pay Rate/Salary: At least $14.0 / HourManage all event-related activity for an assigned customer base.
Respond and follow up on customer inquiries as needed
Update and maintain customer account information databases
Be available to answer questions from customers or internal employees in a poised and professional manner
Participate on project teams as assigned
Pass all required assessments at 80% or above
Meet all minimum skill level requirements
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
Two or more years of customer service experience and experience in a very fast-paced environnment
Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm 12,000 keystrokes per hour Data Entry
Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
