Customer Service/Events


  • Manage all event-related activity for an assigned customer base.

  • Respond and follow up on customer inquiries as needed

  • Update and maintain customer account information databases

  • Be available to answer questions from customers or internal employees in a poised and professional manner

  • Participate on project teams as assigned

  • Pass all required assessments at 80% or above

  • Meet all minimum skill level requirements

  • Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

  • Two or more years of customer service experience and experience in a very fast-paced environnment

  • Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm 12,000 keystrokes per hour Data Entry

  • Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
