Responsibilities for this Customer Service/Job Coordinator include: • Communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding work orders, complaints, disputes, and emergency issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and build their trust and faith, that their needs are being addressed and taken care of with the proper attention. • Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. • Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees, vendors and clients. Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
