Minimum Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*One year experience in customer and client relations, call center, or equivalent experience in sales or telemarketing.
*Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
*Clerical and Personal Computing skills.
*Must have strong telephone skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Public Relations and/or related job experience.
*Experience in Building, Facilities and/or Furniture/Asset Management a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:
*Take calls from clients/customers/service providers, and enter/update work orders in our on line work order system.
*Coordinate and dispatch work orders to appropriate parties nationwide.
*Responsible for following through with Client complaints, issues, concerns and questions, and must have a strong orientation towards Customer satisfaction and process improvement.
*Responsible for the life cycle management of the SWS work order.
*Prioritize work and be a highly organized self-starter.
*Work on multiple accounts/tasks simultaneously and in an organized and consistent manner.
*Be knowledgeable of assigned accounts and prepared to work with a variety of staff members.
*Responsible for the delivery of quality customer service.
*Work supportively in a team environment
*Other duties as assigned.
