McKesson Patient Care Solutions is currently hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to support the Moorestown, NJ call center. The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 10:00 AM- 6:30 PM and every other Saturday. Rotating out Saturday for a Friday shift from 11:30 AM- 8:00 PM. Candidates must be able and willing to work this schedule.Position Description
Responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales service to customers. Acts as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries. Reviews warranty claims. Processes customer returns and exchanges. Expedites service and repairs. Provides special pricing for non-standard items.
2+ years customer service experience and demonstrated leadership skills, depending on area of assignment may be required to have relevant healthcare/insurance experienceCritical Skills
Additional Knowledge and Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team of 12-15 employees including quality control, performance review and metrics.
- Previous call center management experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) or have managed Bilingual employees.
- Experience with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel including experience creating basic spreadsheets)
- Experience with Brightree Connect software
