This position responds to inbound calls relating to Medicaid eligibility, premiums, health plan selections, enrollment, and general program information. This position is governed by HIPPA rules, and training will be provided. This customer service position requires strong basic computer skills and experience either in a call center or retail setting.
The ability to make accurate notes concerning the inbound call are a part of delivering excellent customer service.
