Responsible for performing mechanical services on hot/cold drink equipment.
•Maneuver equipment in order to perform all mechanical services on hot/cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
•Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
•Provide QMP and Equipment expertise for McDonald’s ABS, C009 Juice dispensers, RO, and Hot Beverage Systems equipment.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Up to 50% travel

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Equipment/Theory qualifications include:
•Basic fountain fundamentals (BEST)
•McDonald’s ABS (basic & troubleshooting)
•C009 Juice dispensers
•Fountain Advanced Training (FAST) – boosters, accumulators, air compressors, bulk CO2, bulk syrup & CIP, remote systems, towers, water filters
•Advanced skill level with regards to fountain beverage equipment and theory with McDonald’s Hot Beverage and RO systems.
•Strong mechanical competency with the ability to demonstrate basic electrical theory & troubleshooting.
•Ability to embrace repetitive processes and process control.
•Refrigeration/HVAC/EPA trade or vocational certification preferred.
•0 to 3 years of general technical experience required.
•1+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred.
•Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience.
•Prior diagnostic troubleshooting.
•Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
•Basic computer skills.
•Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
•May be required to supply hand tools.
