A Customer Support Engineer direct placement job in Twin Falls, ID is available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technology. The primary function of this job is to assist the Account Manager in fulfilling responsibilities to our Clients. Ideal candidates must have a work history with Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. This is a customer facing role, and working some nights/weekends may be required on occasion.

Customer Support Engineer Responsibilities include:

Ensuring all Hygiene Protocols are being maintained
Conducting Validation audits
Troubleshooting problems and compiling reports.
Helping to drive quick resolution of any process failures
Be involved in Process Optimization and Sustainability Projects
Perform other duties as assigned.
Opportunities to progress onto involvement in large-scale project developments are a realistic prospect

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years' experience
Chemical Engineer experience a plus
MS Office experience - Specifically Excel, PowerPoint
Clean Driving Record.
Must be US Citizen
