A Customer Support Representative position is open in Visalia, CA for a national shipping company please send your resume to Leonor.Reyes@adeccona.com Location Visalia CA Pay Rate: $12.50/hr Schedule Full-time or Part-Time: Full-Time Work Days: 1 - Monday, 2 - Tuesday, 3 - Wednesday, 4 - Thursday, 5 - Friday Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm Description Provides in-bound telephone customer support in a call center environment and determining the nature of the call or inquiry. Duties may include processing complaints, filing supply requests for customers and centers, and preparing monthly reports. Additional duties may include developing action plan for customers, responding to and following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, preparing reports. Distributing mail, filing, faxing, processing forms, typing, auditing documents and some data input. May also be required to answer inbound customer calls on an as-needed basis. Additional Job Details: ***PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A SOFT COLLECTIONS POSITION! MUST BE OK WITH DOING SOFT, KIND, CUSTOMER SERVICE TYPE OF COLLECTIONS! A LOT OF OUTGOING CALLS!*** Must see EXCEL Test Scores (85% or better) Must see TYPING Test Scores (45 WPM or better) Must have strong communication and problem resolution skills. Microsoft office is needed, they must be good with excel, word and outlook. The Customer Service Representative/Collections Rep communicates with customers via incoming and outgoing calls and emails. The Customer Service Representative/Collections Rep is customer minded, service oriented, and able to multi-task and make decisions. Requirements include high quality customer service skills, Collections skills is a plus but not required, attention to detail, good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook), good typing skills (minimum requirement of 45 wpm). Visalia Corporate Credit is an initial soft collections center to ensure customers billing and monies are billed/applied correctly to their accounts. Internal escalation processes are used to collect on an account if they are delinquent if no commitment is met by the customer we send off to a second placement vendor for further collections. Temps needs to be able to make soft collection calls to be successful at Visalia Corporate Credit.
