Responsibilities for this job include: Service Professionals handle inquiries from employees who are participants in equity compensation plans offered by their employers. Inquiries may include participant account maintenance, assisting with participant enrollment in the website, general troubleshooting and policy and procedure support, as well as questions about other products and services offered by the Company. *** The expectation upon completing training is that you would start the process of studying for the Series 7 licensing exam in order to pass the test to become a licensed trader OR already have a Series 7 license.
