Reporting to the Director of Customs Compliance, this role is responsible for the overall activities that support the global corporate trade compliance program.

Support all customs compliance initiatives and competencies, which include the areas of customs entry operations, broker management, classification, valuation, trade programs and agreements, and internal auditing.
•Assist with the development and implementation a global trade compliance business model and management process, with an emphasis on European operations.
•Support maintenance of Company databases and other record repositories related to trade compliance.
•Support internal customs audits and compliance reviews for operations globally.
•Manage FDA-related U.S. customs entry requirements.
•Support the development of standard operating procedures and the refinement and implementation of trade compliance-related processes and best practices.
•Support the export controls function and restricted party screening activities.
•Prepare trade-related data reports and metrics.
•Drive continuous improvement of Alcon's Global Trade Compliance program.
•Perform analytical and clerical duties as assigned.

Good oral and written English language skills.
1 year directly related experience preferred
