You will:
- Own the success of a given data product line with our Consumer Bank Marketing Innovation team as well as setting its strategy and tracking its KPIs

- Experience working with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments

- Lead a team of talented data engineers to build a world-class data product

- Leverage analytics to create a customer experience above our peers

- Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization
- Be a part of the full life cycle of projects and see end results
- Collaborate across product teams and business units
- Work with top talent in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where analytics and good data are a top priority

Here is what you will bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in software / data product management roles.
  • Proven ability to weave together business strategy, data and technology into product users love.
  • Passion for data – working with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records
  • Experience in shipping complex, technical products
  • High comfort with ambiguity and unsolved problems.
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get dirty in problem solving.
  • Experience at a well oiled agile shop a plus.
  • Passion for or experience in fintech a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in people management
- At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience

- At least 2 years of experience in database-related programming

- At least 1 year of Agile product management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- 7+ years of professional data analysis work experience

- 1+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience in SQL

- Teradata Certification

- SAS Certification

- UNIX Certification
