Scope of Activities: The candidate will be part of IB/LCM group involved in supporting life cycle management activities for CT products in the field. Responsibilities will include data analytics for installed base (IB) products including but not limited to reliability, BOM (bill of material) cost, CoNQ (cost of non-quality) etc. Responsibilities: - Prepares data for reliability (parts, non-parts calls/usage), BOM cost, CoNQ etc. for IB products - Performs analysis of reliability, BOM cost, CoNQ etc. product metrics for trends and actions - Develops and support existing/new tools for data analytics related to IB products Background: The candidate shall be a third or fourth year student in a four-year computer/software engineering program with background in data analytics.
