Position Summary:The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business teams and leadership to identify trends and process improvement opportunities through data. The Senior Data Analyst will develop moderate to very complex standard and ad hoc reports, scorecards and dashboards. Construct/deliver analytical findings in presentation format including visualization of data, formulate recommendations, and effectively present results to audiences. The Senior Data Analyst will work with a disbursed team to apply system development lifecycle project delivery principles in the support of the business needs of PBM operations. The Senior Data Analyst will work with the teams to evolve the business and functional requirements. The Senior Data Analyst will support the delivery lifecycle in development of documentation, inclusive of wireframediagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and data dictionaries. Furthermore, the Senior Data Analyst will provide support for data integrity and requirements design for impacted systems and reports/dashboards built. Conduct system/UAT testing and works with partners to deploy reports to production environment. The Senior Data Analyst will be able to support their maintained product set to the business users. The Senior Data Analyst will be a technical knowledge resource to other Data Analysts and the business teams that are supported. Required Qualifications:4+ years of experience in data analysis, project management, or related field in a healthcare/PBM industry.
4+ years of experience in report development, system development life cycle, or systems engineering.
1 + years of experience using SQL/T-SQL and writing complex Salesforce.com reports and dashboards
1+ years of Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word Excel
Preferred Qualifications:- Salesforce.com reporting, Experience using Tableau reporting, Pega systems reporting.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies
- Technical Documentation experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written Education:Bachelor's degree required - preferred concentration in computer science, data systems, finance, accounting, or related mathematical-focused degree; equivalent work experience may substitute.
