This long term temporary Data Entry Specialist role is based in the San Jose, California area. Major responsibilities - Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product - Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources before entering into a file - Audit reports and sheets of data - Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress - Categorize information into specific fields in Salesforce Database - Search the internet for information
