An exciting company is in search for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team and have the opportunity for career growth. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will complete various accounting and finance support tasks, including accurately entering significant amounts of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases. This Data Entry Clerk role is a long term temporary-to-fulltime opportunity and is based in Belmont, California. Key responsibilities - Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress - Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources before entering into the system - Audit reports and sheets of data - Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Enter information into specific fields in Salesforce Database - Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product - Sift through websites for information
