Local Education company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk Essential Job Functions of the Data Entry Clerk: • Sort incoming projects and related documents • Create electronic folders for new incoming jobs • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails • Use paperless file system • Communicate with customers via phone and email • Answer phones - Take messages as needed and route to appropriate party • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management Knowledge in MS Excel will be required for the Data Entry Clerk position.
