An exciting company is in search for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team and have the opportunity for career growth. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will handle a range of accounting and finance tasks, including accurate data entry of information into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases. This Data Entry Clerk role is a short term temporary-to-fulltime opportunity in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Your responsibilities in this role: - Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met - Executing additional tasks as required - Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information - Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes - Supporting the company in data entry and other administrative tasks - Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies - Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry Requirements: - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must - Can work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Word experience highly desired - Solid understanding of alphanumeric data entry - Adeptness in customer service - Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Feel this position is a great fit for you?
