•This position reports to the Head, US Surgical Customer Experience and is responsible for conceiving, designing, and implementing processes whereby all data entered into the service management system is accurate and entered in a timely manner.
•In addition, this incumbent is tasked with conducting training programs and developing and recommending appropriate changes to service business processes to achieve maximum accuracy and sys-tem utilization.
•Supports the success of the function, and teams within the function, by providing effective technical services and accurate information for overall effectiveness.
•Interacts with internal and external contracts to provide clear, straightforward, effective, and factual communication and information.
•Resolves limited and non-routine problems as required.
•Maintains a broad awareness of the roles of immediate team members and the work function.
