Position Description
-Performs analysis related to the item, vendor & customer transactional data & master files -Provides analysis or system enhancements that allows data integrity associates to perform their duties more efficiently & with improved accuracy -Works on special projects related to transactional data & master file integrity or process improvement as identified by management -Collaborates with technology/infrastructure staff to identify data relationships & functional requirements, determines who requires access to data & may serve as a liaison with IT to grant access to users for tables, reports needed for data analysis -Evaluates & creates reporting documentation to assist data management analysts -May assist in reviewing, analyzing, updating & maintaining database support tools, database tables & dictionaries, recovery & backup procedures -Discusses data analysis results with clients -May manage data processes, monitor the relationships between data inputs & outputs in applications, & maintain & analyze the organization's data across multiple platforms & computing environments


Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in data analysis
Critical Skills
  • Perform routine audits of large customer accounts regarding historical pricing of purchased products and accuracy.
  • Prepare analytical reporting of purchase trends for large customer accounts.
  • Work closely with newly created Account Manager teams regarding preparation, analysis and presentation for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Submit and reconcile routine corrections for any identified pricing issues related to product or customer pricing structures through the Credit and Rebill process and follow-up.
  • Provide support and act as liaison for MPB and Carrollton contract team regarding the creation of special contract structures supporting product pricing.
  • Perform routine audits, reviews and analysis of new and current pricing structures as created by the Carrollton contracts team.
  • Provide support for Operation’s team regarding the routine generation or update of spreadsheets or analytical reports.
  • Excellent Presentation skills for Senior Leadership positions, Internal and External clients
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
