POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Data Management Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of reporting underneath the Interventional and Assessment Programs umbrella. This will include, but is not limited to, triaging incoming files for distribution, reporting results to Health Plans and key stakeholders, and importing data to USMM servers. The Data Management Coordinator position will work closely with the IT and Operations teams, in addition to the Interventional and Assessment Programs team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce reports, which may be scheduled or ad hoc, and range from low to high complexity
  • Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting to management
  • Manipulate data with standard Microsoft Office tools to support business, operations and issue analysis
  • Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports through regular monitoring
  • Process incoming files and distribute to designated team members
  • Compile outgoing files and forward to appropriate parties
  • Additional administrative tasks as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability and organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively manage to deadlines
  • Understanding of file structures and retrieval methods, e.g. import structures, FTP file transmission, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
