We are offering an internship in the area of data mining/analysis. The intern will work on web scraping, data mining, advanced searching/ranking, translating data from relational to NoSQL, exploring/improving data analytics, self-learning, optimizing data acquisition and storage. We are looking for a graduate level student (PhD preferred) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with experience in data mining and analysis, statistical machine learning, relational/NoSQL database, data analytics, strong programming skills in python/Django/web development. Candidate must be able to work within a team environment and should be self-motivated with the ability to plan and execute. Candidate should also be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal.
