As part of the AS D&A team, you will tackle some of the most challenging issues that Johnson & Johnson faces today while dedicating additional time to create new and innovative solutions. You will focus on building mathematical models, data mining algorithms, and analytic tools that work with large data sets to produce quantitative insight and advanced forecasts across Johnson & Johnson’s business segments that include Consumer, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals.  We are looking for highly-driven, motivated individuals that will thrive in our creative and collaborative environment and make an impact on the world around us.

Job Requirements:
  • Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering / Development, Biostatistics or equivalent).
  • Candidate must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and live in the U.S.
  • A Bachelors degree attained between June 2016 – June 2017.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of interview & hire.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):

  • Experience in statistics, computer science, R, Python, MATLAB, or other computational programming language
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to conduct usability research studies.
  • Ability to socialize concepts and ideas to extended stakeholders.
