DESCRIPTION: Dell is looking for a passionate web automation engineer to join our Dell Data Security team in Plano, TX. Dell Data Security is focused on providing an industry-leading set of software solutions to move businesses forward. Our award winning portfolio includes advanced threat protection, enterprise-class encryption and authentication solutions for a variety of platforms. These solutions enable administrators to centrally control, manage, audit and secure data no matter where it is stored. This is an amazing opportunity on the Data Guardian web client team, where the team is focused delivering a game changing product that transparently encrypts and protects sensitive corporate data. Role Responsibilities - Design,develop, modify and execute automated tests for web applications to ensure projects meet high quality standards. - Participate in technical engagements with key development partners - Analyze results and report test progress and quality risks. QUALIFICATION: Requirements - 5+ years of web automation experience (Selenium WebDriverpreferred). - 3+ years of Javatest development experience - 3+ years of Python development experience - Experience with building test environments using physical or virtual machines - Must have strong communication skills and be project oriented with ability to work with minimal day-to-day direction - Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment - BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline Preferences - Experience interacting with REST API's - Experience with version control systems like Git or Subversion - Experience with Jira, Bamboo and Confluence - Experience with QMetry - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Learn more about us at: Company Description With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
